MY JOURNEY TO YOGA BEGAN when…

I practiced yoga for seven years before considering teacher training. When I signed up, I was in a pivotal moment of my life. I had been turning to my yoga practice daily to heal, connect with myself, and find community. I signed up to deepen my practice, but I also took the leap so I could share the benefits of yoga with everyone I could.

I wasn't sure where yoga was going to lead, but I knew it was worth trying. Thankfully, the universe gave me a big clue I was on the right path. The same day I started teaching yoga for the first time was that day I was laid off from my corporate job. I never went back to corporate, and teaching gave me the confidence to launch my own venture.

And ever since then, it has been an adventure.

I’ve had the pleasure of teaching in NYC—both in the Upper East Side, Manhattan and in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, before Covid-19. After that, one of the studios was dedicated to continuing to teach virtually, and together we mastered the art of online yoga while bringing people peace of mind during uncertainty and unease.

Outside of the teaching in a studio, I’ve also taught corporate yoga classes to companies across the globe, led yoga workshops everywhere from co-working spaces to Instagram Live, and continue to teach privately for friends, family, and one incredible German tech company.

While I don’t teach yoga full-time, it’s also part of what I believe makes me unique as a yoga teacher. I keep it real, I give you what you need when you need it, and with my writing background, I’m constantly creating fun, unique, and nurturing sequences.

So, if you want to deepen your practice, book a group class, or just want to chat about the sutras, contact me for more information. I would love to hear from you.
