Express Yo(ga)self @ Work is a yoga and journaling workshop aimed at helping you express yourself personally and professionally. We’ll begin with a 45-minute slow-flow class and follow it up with a short guided meditation to get even more grounded. This mindful combo will teach you how to align internally before you communicate externally. From there, we’ll start an introspective and reflective journaling exercise with a focus on goal-setting. Though sharing is not mandatory, it is highly encouraged. Come elevate your self-awareness and communication skills in this expressive and empowering practice. Everyone is welcome!
